Basic Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Simple apple cider vinaigrette recipe to spruce up salads, grains, and meats. Make this basic dressing with Dijon mustard and honey in a resealable jar so you can keep it for up to a month.
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- Kosher salt
Add olive oil, vinegar, Dijon, and honey to a resealable jar large enough to hold 2 1/4 cups.
Cover jar and shake for about 20 seconds to emulsify the dressing.
Season with salt.
Cover and chill for up to 1 month.
