Simple oven roasted sweet potatoes recipe for perfectly browned and crispy sweet potatoes every time.
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes (about 2-3), cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
