Do I Need a Blender to Make this Creamy Salad Dressing?

You’ll need a blender to make this creamy dressing.

Blenders combine liquid ingredients and softer solids into a smooth and uniform emulsion. The function of a blender is one of the few things that can’t be replicated without an appliance.

Blenders are the only tool you need to make smoothies, soups, dressings, purees, and/or nut butters.

Luckily, there are solid blenders for whatever your budget is. Check out this article that details the Best Blenders for Every Budget.

I just found your website couple of days ago. Since then, I have tried three dressing recipes, and two kale salads. All turned out fantastic. I am so happy and delighted to find your site. Shall be trying each one of the recipes here. Love how you have covered the subject of salads so holistically and comprehensively. I particularly liked the smashed cucumber salad, and have already made it twice in two days. Never knew cucumbers can be smashed like that – they give a gourmet feel and taste so much juicier, when made this way. It is my current favourite salad 🙂

Bookmarked your website and will be visiting often. Thank you.
