How Long Will this Apple Cider Vinaigrette Keep?
One of my favorite things about this dressing?
It’s 1 month shelf life.
That’s right. This vinaigrette dressing will keep for up to 1 month covered in the refrigerator.
Leave it out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or toss it in the microwave (remember to remove the lid if it is metal) for the oil to liquify. Give it a good shake before each time you use it.
Storing This Vinaigrette Dressing
This recipe makes about 2 1/4 cups. It lasts so long, why not make a big batch? It fits perfectly in a 32 ounce jar like these ones.
