Hi! I’m Nick, I Make Complicated Things Simple.

I help people unlock their true potential through healthy living and eating. And I believe that everyone deserves to feel great every day. Because feeling great allows you to be a better, higher performing, and happier you.


My background is as an Engineer. So I live to solve problems. Usually by designing some sort of process. I break down complicated things (like hard to follow diets) into its simplest steps. This reduces time, waste, and inefficiencies.

So, how does this nerdy engineer stuff help you? Because I make simple guides that help you live a healthy lifestyle.

And when I say simple, I mean it. Because simplicity is a key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

But, it all comes back to you. Because after I give you a plan, the rest is just you crushing it (with support from me, of course).


You know the story…

Person grows up eating frozen meals, little to no vegetables (unless smothered in cheese), and processed meats. Then they experience real food and fall in love.

This is my story in a nutshell.

But, why do I focus on travel too?

Because my food romance happened through travel.


I began traveling for my career just out of college. Eating out every day of the week allowed me to taste all kinds of foods for the first time.

Then in 2015, my wife and I began travelling to some of the best food and wine areas in the world. I tirelessly sifted through magazine articles, blog posts, and 300+ page guidebooks for travel ideas.

The result: unique experiences that focused on food, wine, and hiking – our three favorite things.

Travel has changed the way I cook and enjoy food. I think it will do the same for you.
